Return Process

Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, resellable condition.
- 3.Ship to Pioneer Midwest
Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service for your protection.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
